Cancellations/Refunds
- If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your Booking with at least 7 days notice of the date of the experience, and receive a refund minus administration charge of 8%.
- Within 7 days, but with at least 24 hours notice, we will happily rearrange your booking for you. We are happy to do this 3 times should you require.
- Within 24 hours we cannot move your booking.
- Wight Karting reserves the right to suspend or cancel a booked event at any time if it is judged to be unsafe
- Wight Karting is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by an event organiser, drivers booked or any other third party at any time
