Round 3 of the WKRKC was a sell-out event running on the reverse track layout with a full grid of 12 drivers competing for top spot over 3 – 15 lap heats.
As usual in our championship each race saw thrills and a few spills with bumper to bumper racing throughout the field, with each driver trying to maximise their finishing positions for those all-important race points.
Results:
1st – Jack Goring took a dominant win with a near perfect 37 points. Taking 2 race wins from his meaningful heats and one fastest lap bonus.
2nd – Harvey Yates came Second with 25 points after battling hard. Making an overtake on previous championship leader Moke on the last lap of the last heat. Ending with a 2nd and 4th place finish in his meaningful heats
3rd – Dale Hunt came a very close Third on 24 points. Picking up a race win and a 6th place finish in his meaningful heats.

In the overall Championship table at the midway point, Jack Goring has taken over top spot from Moke who drops down to Third place with Dale hunt sitting in Second with a string of consistent finishes in the top 3.

Round 4 will be on the 14th of July running on the standard track layout, with a 5:30pm arrival. This will highly likely be another sell out event so booking early is highly advised!
